Did you know that the word SCHOOL is actually an acronym? It stands for Societal Center for Holistic Organization Of Life. A beautiful concept. Isn’t it? All our educational institutions were originally meant to help our children organize their life holistically. Unfortunately today our education is only about equipping them for a mere survival and doesn’t even touch upon the issue of living. We teach them Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry but we don’t teach them about their own selves and the factors that go into shaping their life and personality. At ThinkRite, our most passionate long-term dream has been to make education holistic. They say that A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. So our journey will begin with an Introductory Seminar in Easwari Engineering College belonging to the SRM group of institutions.
Initially we will address the hostel students of SRM University, Easwari Engineering College and the SRM Dental College. The two hour program will educate the students about the hidden factors in their mind that shape their attitude, thoughts and events of their life and how to handle them for a life of Maximum Achievement. The insights given will surely make a significant change in the way they perceive themselves and their life. Around 150 participants are expected to attend the program. We are excited and looking forward to the impact that is sure to happen tomorrow (13th of August 2008).
