ThinkRite for Kids n Teens - It is tomorrow!

I remember this quote,

Beware! The dates in the calendar are closer than they appear

When I think about the children’s workshop, ThinkRite for kids and teens, I couldn’t agree with it more! My God, what speed time flies in! And the workshop begins tomorrow. We are limiting the seats to 35 and glad to say that every one of these seats have got filled in and some more too, but we are closing at 35. The parents and children do not know what to expect. They know they could not make a better choice than ThinkRite for training their child in life education and Mind-Brain management. All the same they are keeping their fingers crossed as to the class content, what to expect and will their child sit through twelve hours of training per day! Well, all their questions will be answered over the next few days, isn’t it?!

So Begin the count down!!!

ThinkRite for Kids n Teens - Happenings

Everyday we have been meeting the worried and the disgruntled parents of teenagers and kids on the verge of teenage. The common problem seems to be rebellion and aggression. The three day workshop will completely take care of this problem. Anyways I would like to educate the parents about what in psychology is called a “No phase”. Every teenager undergoes a “No Phase” for a certain length of time during which s/he blindly rejects anything that the parent might say. A typical response of denial characterizes his attitude to everything. This is a natural developmental process in a teenager in shaping his personality and carving out his identity. Dependant on the upbringing and several other factors this “No Phase” will last anywhere between a few weeks to three years. The suppression of this phase only leads to a longer “No Phase”. Sometimes when the suppression is extreme the children can live out their life in a constant “No Phase” becoming terrible spouses.

Once this phase has started in the child, the parent should immediately shift to the friend personality. Without condemning or criticizing the behavior, simply become a friend in all things that are not important. Do not assume the role of a disciplinarian as this will only lengthen the period of battle. Do not suppress his expressions as this will have adverse effects. Instead assume the role of a friend giving him a watchful freedom. Put down your feet only in case of extreme and important issues. Being a friend will shorten the phase and the child will naturally and freely develop an empowered identity.

ThinkRite for kids and teens is a workshop that will take care of this developmental phase most effectively, it will equip the child with strategies to deal with all problems during this phase as effectively as possible. Also the workshop will shorten no phase very much, if not complete the whole process in a week.

Looking forward eagerly to see the miracle work itself!

Thinkrite for Kids n Teens - Happenings

Today a father of a seventeen year old boy had come to register his son for the 3 day workshop, ThinkRite for kids and teens. He was very concerned about the His son’s behavior. Due to some family turmoil the son had begun to hate the mother. He rebels against anything and everything blindly. Kirtanya has explained about the course, the son’s condition and the strategies we will use to work on him. Still he was not fully convinced, he said,

“You are very convincing and I am sure my son will benefit from the program, but the problem is how I make him attend the class? He squarely refuses to attend any training program. When we force him to, he just goes for the first class then simply drops out”

Kirtanya guaranteed that if he just makes him attend the first day, thereafter it’s her job to keep him interested! The man is somewhat happy now, still a little unsure though. So let’s wait and watch the show!

Thinkrite for Kids n Teens - Preliminary coach training

Well, we are all excited. The countdown to our launch of the children’s course, ThinkRite for Kids and teens has begun in a highly charged environment. We had preliminary coach’s training today. The kind of commitment that these men and women have already started to show is quiet amazing, to say the least. They give themselves no second choice but to give themselves unconditionally for three whole days and thereafter for 21 days. They have begun to familiarize themselves with the strategies for helping out each child.

Intro to Unlimited Power #17 and Intro to Thinkrite for Kids and Teens #2

It was a combined intro both for children’s course and unlimited power. The registration was 150%.

Intro to Thinkrite for Kids and Teens #1

We had our first introductory session to the children’s course. The response was amazing! The session was attended by both the children and the parents. Kirtanya first addressed the children and explained the course in a way which can be understood by them. She showed them practical and fun exercises by which the right and the left brain function and the urgency to synchronise their functions so as to activate the higher potentials hidden within them. The children loved it!

Later she addressed the parents separately in which she addressed the parental concerns and outlined the course syllabus. She educated them on the relationship they share with the children, the immense love behind it and also the damages they cause inadvertently with the best of intentions. The child becomes a victim of the parental inputs. She highlighted on how the children will be rid of their negative conditionings against studies. The parents too were highly motivated to help the child participate in the class.

The registrations have begun in right earnest!

College Unlimited Power - MOP Vaishnav

As a result of an excellent lecture delivered to the MBA class at MOP Vaishnav, we had the opportunity to train their PG students. The Participants were MSc. students of food technology and IT. The class started off at a very enthusiastic pace since the students were naturally happy to be taught anything other than their respective subjects.  The real ice breaker was the stunning visuals that we showed them. By the end of the first day’s session there was not a single girl who wasn’t moved to the point of tears. It was a very powerful emotional shift in them as they learnt to appreciate experientially the flow of relationships. Completing certain of their unresolved relationships they moved on to learning the Thinkrite Technology. We didn’t realize the passage of time at all, and all too soon, it was time to take leave. The girls were ecstatic and took a promise from ThinkRite to stay in touch.

The crowning glory was when two days later, the college authorities called up personally to congratulate on the excellent feedback received. They said that the girls had literally wept for joy that the college had arranged such an extra-ordinary session.

Guest Lecture at MOP Vaishnav College

This was a very mature batch of MBA students. They seem to have had a series of classes with various people who were leaders in their field. In a very interactive session Kirtanya explained to them as to

How the management of businesses is nothing but the management of minds and in order to manage the minds of others efficiently, first you should become proficient in managing your mind.

This struck a very deep chord in them as they could see that they have never given a thought to handling their own postponements, idiosyncrasies’ emotional and mental worlds. After Kirtanya left, the girls had given a whopping score of ten on ten for the lecture, one of the very few to have scored a perfect ten. They communicated their interest in having Thinkrite for a full fledged workshop almost immediately.

Guest Lecture at AMK Polytechnic College

Our Seminar today was in AMK polytechnic college, near Poonamalli. We had two consecutive sessions with the students of fifth semester and the response of the students was terrific. Initial five minutes was a bit of an uproar and the students were their usual noisy, teasing self. But they were in total control after the initial ice breakers. Almost all of them were from a lower socio-economic background and the message that

They need not be the prisoners of their Birth

reached home quiet powerfully. Quite a few of them also approached us later wanting to learn the science of handling the mind.

Guest Lecture at Sri Sastha Engineering College

The session was for the third years in Sri Sastha engineering college. About 120 of them attended the class. The placement dean, Mr. Bhaktha had said earlier that the college will simply give the time and the students, but that it is up to us to keep them in control. Since Kirtanya herself looked hardly out of college he expressed a great deal of concern over her ability to conduct the session successfully. But as it turned out, right from the word go, there was pin-drop silence in the auditorium. It was an extremely interesting session and we thank the management of Sri Sastha engineering college for giving us this opportunity to influence the lives of 120 students.
