Rite Thinker Awareness Session #20 - Tibetan exercise

This was one of the most extraordinary follow up classes. Kirtanya explained to us about the five sheaths of a person, the importance of the health of each, the effects of imbalance in these systems and the simplest of ways to take care of them. The culmination of the class was the five Tibetan rites! No words to describe their effectiveness in maintaining the holistic health of a person. Even as we attempted to do them only thrice people began to report a phenomenal increase in energy, curing of fever and cold, and a freshness of being. Thoroughly enjoyed performing with the Rite Thinkers!

Rite Thinker Awareness Session #19 - Mysteries of Life

There is no match to the curiosity of the Rite Thinkers! This time whatever Kirtanya wanted to teach had to go into the reserve since they grabbed at the first opportunity to question her about things that are mystical and beyond. They wanted to know about death, the beyond and the before… To every question the depth of kirtanya’s answer was extremely pleasing to them.  Some of them could actually find the answers to the mysteries of their life since it was directly related to the crisis faced in their Life. One man proclaimed that even to know these things fills his heart with a transcendent love. The two hours felt truly out of the world.

Rite Thinker Awareness Session #18 - Errors in communication

After the previous Awareness session, some Rite Thinkers wanted more clarification on the art of questioning and identifying the errors in communication. So Kirtanya covered the first five tools in a little more depth relating it to everyday affairs which laid a strong foundation to understand communication.

Rite Thinker Awareness Session #17 - The Art of Questioning

All of us know ‘what’ to think. But do we really know ‘how’ to think?

In this really few who do know to think it is a still smaller percentage who know how to make others think. You know how it goes, your son says, “I can’t do that.” Well! You are a caring father so you have to tell him “No! You can do it!” You tell him so and then you end up in an argument in which your son’s original belief has ended up becoming stronger still. It is true. The more you argue with a person and tell them how wrong they are, the more you strengthen the negative belief you wish to loosen.

The class was great this time since we had very insightful observation into the thought forms of people and how to put the questions that will make them very clear as to what they are communicating. We learnt some really interesting tools to identify when someone is using twelve key forms of sloppy thinking. We also learnt to subtly coach a person in better ways of thinking. Many Rite Thinkers came forward and expressed confidence that it will reduce misunderstandings since it has made our own communication more clear.

Looking forward to the next class!

Rite Thinker Awareness Session #16 - Mental Imagery

Medical research is finding out more and more about the connection between the mind and body. Almost all of the research done in the recent times is increasingly pointing out to one finding. The mind turns out to be playing a mysteriously powerful role on the welfare of the body. The class today was a n eye opener for using the mind to improve one’s health. We could feel the methods working very powerfully as some of the participants came forward to share miraculous healing that occurred to them when they applied some of the earlier learnt techniques. The mental imagery techniques were very powerful indeed. Feeling grateful and happy that we happen to be in a place which imparts knowledge on such vital issues of life, which are very hard to come by otherwise.

Rite Thinker Awareness Session #15 - Problem Solving and Finances

We dwelt elaborately on creative visualization for problem solving and Finances. Learning the nuances of the laws of desire, belief and expectation we aligned ourselves to a prosperity consciousness. We learnt what it is to feel rich from the inside. Knowledge is always power, in a sense, the ultimate kind of power. Knowledge of this kind is indeed sheer power! Feeling thrilled!

Rite Thinker Awareness Session #14 - NLP Visual Acuity

The awareness this time was on Visual Acuity. We did a couple of exercises to hone the visual sense. Sensory acuity is the primary pre-requisite to do NLP with Skill. Hence we are giving it a lot of attention in the awareness sessions. The problem with a few people, who take up NLP and give it up through half way, saying they can’t seem to get a hang of it, or that they are not convinced enough, basically boils down to the lack of a fine sensory acuity. Unless you can calibrate a person’s emotional states precisely, how can you work to collapse it or fire it up? The sensory acuity exercises in themselves appear silly and childish. But their simplicity is deceptive. It is like those simple “zen” things, yeah!

Sincerely hope the Rite Thinkers have got a measure of their importance and are diligent in their practice.

Rite Thinker Awareness Session #13 - Power of creative visualization

Our Awareness this time was shone on the powers of creative visualization.

Every moment of our life is infinitely creative, and the universe is endlessly bountiful. Just put forth a clear enough request, and everything your heart truly desires must come to you.

Until now we were very unconscious about the powers of our mind and we used its power to creatively visualize to abuse or own lives. Our own deep seated negative concepts about life propel us to automatically and unconsciously expect and imagine limitations, lack, difficulties and problems as our lot in life. And we create the same life events.

The session on the actual methodologies of creative visualization was actually very empowering and enlightening to say the least.

Our awareness will shine further in the forth coming classes!

Rite Thinker Awareness Session #12 - From India to Individual

The follow up class this time was an Independance day special. It was very stimulating to the intellect. Actually it began with the intellect and ended with the heart thus making it uniquely powerful.

We started out studying the essence of Indian civilizations. Going back thousands of years before to the vedic times, we studied the principle…

Macrocosm in the Microcosm and Microcosm in the Macrocosm

It was very informative. As kirtanya put it, if we have to have access to these knowledge by our own research then we should have read a thousand books before we consolidated this knowledge. After this we proceeded to studying this magnificient civilization from the perspective of Arnold Toynbee, the great historian of world civilizations; the challenges faced and the unique extraordinary response given by this civilization each time it met with a threat. Those responses in turn shaped up a dynamic living civilization. From the civilization we percolated down to the organizations, individuals and nations and how the same principle of challenge and response operated in every group. We questioned our responses to current challenges in business and personal life and upgraded each of these responses to architect a great self for ourselves.

After all, life is not about finding ourself, life is about creating ourself!

Rite Thinker Awareness Session #11 - Kinesthetic Acuity

The awareness session was as usual brilliant and unique. We covered sensory acuity in great depth and the exercises were great fun to do. Rite-Thinkers exercised parts of the brain that were never exercised before and somehow they awakened the curious, excited, learning child within us and the feeling was very good. There were a lot of questions that took the session to its next level of sub-modalities too.

The highlight of the session was however the friendship day song and the exuberant dance by the right thinkers. It was actually a suggestion by one of the rite thinker that we play a song well known to celebrate friendship and the others welcomed it with great gusto. The women formed a ring for themselves and were dancing away in joy. The men were more rigorous in their step ofcourse! We had a thoroughly nice time together.
