Guest Lecture at AMK Polytechnic College

Our Seminar today was in AMK polytechnic college, near Poonamalli. We had two consecutive sessions with the students of fifth semester and the response of the students was terrific. Initial five minutes was a bit of an uproar and the students were their usual noisy, teasing self. But they were in total control after the initial ice breakers. Almost all of them were from a lower socio-economic background and the message that

They need not be the prisoners of their Birth

reached home quiet powerfully. Quite a few of them also approached us later wanting to learn the science of handling the mind.

Guest Lecture at Sri Sastha Engineering College

The session was for the third years in Sri Sastha engineering college. About 120 of them attended the class. The placement dean, Mr. Bhaktha had said earlier that the college will simply give the time and the students, but that it is up to us to keep them in control. Since Kirtanya herself looked hardly out of college he expressed a great deal of concern over her ability to conduct the session successfully. But as it turned out, right from the word go, there was pin-drop silence in the auditorium. It was an extremely interesting session and we thank the management of Sri Sastha engineering college for giving us this opportunity to influence the lives of 120 students.

Unlimited Power #12

Unlimited Power #12 turned out to be a real good exploration into the “Black Box” of human life, the unconscious mind with its script-clusters. There were a lot many participants who were very curious about the workings of the unconscious and its effect on their lives. They asked some thought provoking questions that took the class to another depth which we normally do not explore in the basic level.

There were also some concrete offers for assistance in arranging corporate sessions in the offices of the participants. Good!

Intro to Unlimited Power #12

Today, we had the Intro to Unlimited Power #12. Many participants came after seeing our ad in the news paper, but there were quite a few referral participants as well.

The discussion on quantum physics was stimulating.

First the result, then action!

If you want riches, begin feeling rich already, and riches shall seek you out!

The law of attraction holds true everywhere and for everything!

Rite Thinker Awareness Session #8 - Anchoring

Really enjoyed the Followup session today! The session was on the anchoring technique in NLP.

Have you heard about Dr. Pavlov and his experiment with dogs and bells? This is what Dr. Pavlov did. Every time he fed his dogs, he would ring a tuning fork. After a few days, whenever the tuning fork was sounded, the dogs would salivate for food, irrespective of whether it was hungry or not. The bell sound was an anchor to create a craving for food.

Each of us move through the world responding to hundreds of such anchors. We get depressed, get angry, move into excitement, become happy, be loving, all of these are responses to various stimuli that has programmed us to feel these emotions.

A husband and wife who constantly fight with each other have specific anchors that trigger them into these reactive stages. By collapsing these negative anchors and firing the positive anchors of love and forgiveness, the fight can be resolved so much more smoothly than the regular arguments. When you go to an interview and you are anchored to feel fear and insecurity looking at the interviewers, if anchored properly, you could respond naturally with confidence and a resourceful state.

We learnt the basics of anchoring today and it was extremely interesting. Looking forward to the forthcoming follow-up sessions for Unlimited Power !

Unlimited Power #11

In this Unlimited Power course we had the maximum number of people who had fear for talking with the mic in front of a group. There were a lot of “pushing each other to do it” jobs going on, but they won. Everybody got the opportunity to express themselves and talk. Isn’t it surprising that the greatest fear of man is not death but the fear to talk in public? You overcome it, you overcome a major hurdle! In general the course was a great success. We had a gala time conducting it and the participants had a gala time participating in it!

Intro to Unlimited Power #11

Again, we conducted the Intro session for Unlimited Power entirely out of customer referrals without any ads. We had a great session, I would say, our best ever. There was a man who said,

“I am having a good life, but now I understand that there is a lot more to having a good life than merely not having problems.”

Yes, I guess he is on dart! A good life is not all about having “No debts or no disease or no trouble!” A good life is to be so vast within yourself that you can have the freedom to be whatever you want to be! It is to have freedom and a limitless love within! This freedom is not from anybody else but freedom from yourself!

Corporate Unlimited Power - Invensys

This week we had a two-day training program on Unlimited Power in Invensys India Pvt. Ltd.

The first day we worked on the inner world unearthing the problems in their relationships and limitations in the unconscious mind, while the second day focused on learning communication. We had some very great feedback and some criticisms too from the participants. Great feedbacks were for handling their most pressing problems in a very insightful manner, taking them through a powerful inner journey across space and time and stirring their emotions to change so intensely. The criticisms were that we could have spent longer time on teaching them transactional analysis rather than on personal relationships.

Their needs might be so pressing that they want to know everything within two days. But it simply doesn’t work that way. Unless you clear your personal issues there is no way you can apply a technique consistently. Nor can you learn transactional analysis and apply it successfully unless you learn your own transactions. Also, unless you become strong in your personal zone you cannot become complete in your work.  And two days is not enough to cover every issue at the workplace. We had explained this to the management before beginning the session itself. With the exception of two or three, everyone else felt it was one of the greatest experiences of their life.

We sincerely and wholeheartedly thank Mr. Felix, the senior manager for HR for so compassionately understanding the needs of the employees and appreciating ThinkRite’s endeavors. We also thank Dinesh, HR for all the co-operation and assistance given.

Rite Thinker Awareness Session #7 - Ego Games

In today’s Rite Thinker Awareness Session we were looking at the games that we play in our relationships. It was a very interesting class with a lot of questions from the participants. At one point Kirtanya was explaining about the Struggle for Survival game. She had expounded on how ideas make use of your life for their survival. You are not simply your idea. But when an idea enters your head, you claim positionality with it and then it is no more the idea that is losing but “YOU” who is losing. Whenever the idea is rejected, it is as though you have been rejected personally and there begins a long battle for survival. She had taught a set of six games based on this and the solution to tackle them.

Then Sriram, a 16 year old asked a shrewd question, “Why should I tackle “Struggle for Survival” at all?”

The answer given to him was very interesting. The very basis, the very essence of any struggle is fear. Where there is fear, there is no freedom.  Where there is no freedom there is conflict. Where there is conflict there is drain of energy. Where there is no energy there is no joy. Therefore if you have to experience joy and bliss in your life, you sure have to have an awareness of the games you play internally.

These two weeks, let us commit ourselves to awareness of our ego games.

Where did the Brilliant Indian Minds Go?

There was an interesting question during the last Intro Session for Unlimited Power. One of the participants who attended was surprised when Kirtanya listed out the methodology of the course. She mentioned NLP, Transactional Analysis, Silva Mind control and Life-Skills as ways to tap into the Unlimited Power each one of us has within us. He was stunned to see that none of the Indian sciences were listed and was curious to know if we (Indians) did not discover anything at all in the mind power arena.

The truth is, in the ancient days there was no parallel to the Indian Sciences when it came to addressing the human mind and life. Just think about it, we had everything, a nice climate, riches, wealth, forests, rivers; we were just too bountiful. On the other hand the western hemisphere at the same time was caught up in a turmoil of wars, harsh climates; their energy was so much focused on surviving the extreme weather. The Indians having no challenges to conquer in the external world turned their entire attention inward. The mind and consciousness and human life became very interesting research subjects for them.

And so there was an outpouring of greatest of works on the science of mind itself. The yoga sutras of Patanjali, The Vedas, Vedanta, Brahma sutras, Upanishads, Yogavasishta, every one of these is a miracle even to read through. In fact, it is said that the Mahabharatha is an ultimate thesis on the various human personalities and it contains 72000 characters each representing a personality type. So India had no dearth for wisdom. Some of its treasures still stay on.

However, the same cannot be said of the modern day India. Over a century now we have been harping on the past glories. With the advent of the British rule and subsequent poverty we have become increasingly preoccupied in solving the external challenges and are oblivious to the internal ones. The roles are in a sense reversing between the west and the east. With its high levels of sophistication, pleasure in the external world, and breaking families they are increasingly searching inward for answers and so research into the human mind has picked up momentum. With technological edge they are precisely able to study the human brain itself and so are paving way for some of the greatest discoveries in human history itself.

It is actually a pity that when technology is at its peak, the brilliant Indian minds are preoccupied with selfish miseries. In the modern era we seldom shine in our ancestor’s strong forte, our inborn talent – the mind. Of course there are the modern Gurus who teach on the mind but more often than not they are mouthed words than a direct personal discovery or an experience and always tainted with a religious bias. The need of the hour is brilliant young Indian minds dedicated to unraveling the mysteries of the human mind-brain organ. The aptitude for this is in our very genes. The result of such dedication will be mind boggling discoveries that will help the human species itself cross the last frontier – the mind.

Waiting for that day!
